Delete your Sofora account

Sofora by Softieons Technologies. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from this page.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email and password.
  • Everything synced to our server: folders, notes, diaries, pages, pictures, recordings and settings.
  • Your signed-in devices and their sign-in tokens.

What is kept

  • Payment records (amount, date, plan, Razorpay reference), without your account linked. We must keep them for tax and accounting, for up to 8 years.
  • Notes stored on your own phone, tablet or computer stay there. Uninstall the app to remove them.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.

How to delete

  1. In the app: Settings → Account & sync → Delete account.
  2. Here: sign in below, then confirm with your password.
  3. By email: write to business@softieons.com from your account's email address.
